Biography

Leon Rose is a highly influential figure in the international salsa scene, known for his unique and innovative style. Born and raised in London with Caribbean heritage, he developed a deep passion for music and dance from an early age. He started his salsa journey in 1997, inspired by his mother, and quickly immersed himself in the dance, training with top instructors in the British salsa movement.

His fresh approach and engaging personality have taken him across the world, teaching and performing in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and the Caribbean. Leon has also choreographed for television, including an appearance on Top of the Pops with Enrique Iglesias. Currently based in France, he continues to inspire dancers through workshops, performances, and his signature style of partner work
